Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Customs fees may apply for international orders.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Packaged in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their cultural significance and delicate nature:
- Final sale items (marked on product pages)
- Custom-sized or altered lehengas (unless faulty)
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item name and size
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that the item meets return conditions
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all tags attached. For exchanges, use our provided return label. For returns, ship to:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the return results from our error.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
Exchange Process
For size exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify your new size in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement after receiving your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
